The value for money was excellent, and our room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, nestled in the vineyards and close to the Viennese forest. The staff treated us with kindness and were always helpful.

It's also conveniently close to public transport, which made it easy to get to the city center. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, bakery items, cold cuts, cheeses, and delicious coffee.

The hotel had a great homelike feel with comfortable and spacious rooms. the staff were truly friendly and helpful. the location was excellent, with easy access to buses to downtown. the views were superb and the gardens were lovely. the breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide assortment of fresh fruits, bakery items, cold cuts, cheeses. the WiFi was also good.

The lack of an elevator from the parking garage to the main floor, which could be inconvenient for people with baby strollers or disabilities. there was an elevator in the building that went up from the main floor, although a small set of stairs was still required to access it.
